These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the Prophetic Bible School website and all courses, training programs, masterclasses, mentorship programs, digital products, and related services we offer. By accessing our website, enrolling in any program, or purchasing any product, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our services.

Prophetic Bible School is a brand operated by Netkipedia LLC, a company registered in Wyoming, United States, with its principal address at 30 N Gould St, Ste N, Sheridan, WY 82801.

About Us

Prophetic Bible School is an online prophetic training platform offering courses, masterclasses, and mentorship programs to students worldwide. We are led by Prophet Kum Eric Tso and operate primarily at propheticbibleschool.com.

What We Offer

• Intensive training programs — focused short-term prophetic training

Payment Terms

All course and program fees are due in full at the time of enrollment unless an installment arrangement has been agreed upon in writing before enrollment begins.

Payment confirms your seat in the program. Access to course materials, community, and training sessions is granted once payment is confirmed.

All prices are displayed in USD or FCFA as applicable. Currency conversion fees, banking charges, and transfer costs are the responsibility of the student.

Cancellations and Refunds

Before access is granted — if you cancel within 3 days of payment and before course access, community access, or any training session has commenced, you are entitled to a full refund.

After access is granted — once course access, WhatsApp community access, or any live training session has commenced, payments are non-refundable. This includes situations where a student chooses to discontinue mid-program.

Intellectual Property

All course content, training materials, slides, videos, recordings, live session recordings, free guides, books, and any other resources provided through Prophetic Bible School remain the intellectual property of Netkipedia LLC and Prophet Kum Eric Tso.

They are provided for your personal learning only. You may not:

• Share, resell, redistribute, copy, reproduce, or repost any of our paid or free content
• Screen-record or distribute recordings of live sessions
• Claim our materials as your own or attribute them to another individual
• Use our content for commercial purposes without written permission

Violations may result in immediate termination of access without refund and possible legal action.

Student Responsibilities

By enrolling in any of our programs, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete information about yourself
• Make payments on time according to the agreed schedule
• Engage respectfully in community spaces (WhatsApp, Zoom, etc.)
• Use our content for personal learning and spiritual growth only
• Respect our intellectual property rights

Code of Conduct

We are committed to a respectful, faith-based, and supportive learning environment. The following will not be tolerated and may result in removal from the program without refund:

• Abusive, threatening, or disrespectful behavior toward our team, mentors, or fellow students
• Hate speech or discriminatory conduct
• Sharing or reselling our paid or free content without permission
• Disrupting live sessions or community spaces

Limitation of Liability

Prophetic Bible School provides training and resources to the best of our ability. However, we do not guarantee specific spiritual outcomes, ministry results, or any other particular result from our programs. Our liability for any claim related to our services is limited to the amount you paid for the specific program in question.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate access to our programs, community, or content at any time if these Terms are violated. In cases of serious violation, termination may occur without refund and we may pursue any legal remedies available to us.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The most recent version will always be available on this page, with the updated date shown at the top. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be resolved through good-faith negotiation first, and through the appropriate courts of Wyoming if necessary.
